How can I get rid from Joint pain?

Joint pain are the most debilitating condition to human being. Most of the time joint pain can be found at the base of the big toe or in the fingers. Sometimes it is also found on the knee or any joint. Joint is a place where bones are connected to others. Joint pain can happen for any of the causes like gout, mumps, injury, sprain, rubella, hit and more.
The common causes are: Heredity factors, Obesity and overweight, Preceding age, Hormonal change and injury.

Home Remedies for Joint Pains:
  • Rub joints with honey 10 minutes before bed time, put cabbage leaf on the joint and wrap with a warm cloth, leave through the night.
  • In leg cramps, massage the feet and legs with warm mustard oil prepared by adding a few pieces of ginger, some pepper powder and cumin seeds. This relieves the tired legs and refreshes the muscles.
  • Take the juice of a ginger. Crush some vidanga (Embelia ribes, False Black Pepper) to a fine powder with some rock salt. Mix all of these and take them in quantities of three grams each time with honey. Lick on this thrice a day. This is one of the best home remedies for joint pain.
  • Heat sesame oil and add few pieces of camphor to make an effective application of painful joints. In cold places mustard oil may be used instead of sesame oil.
  • Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey dissolved in a small glass of warm water taken once or twice a day brings relief. One of the simple and effective home remedies for joint pain.
  • Mix one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon cinnamon powder to two teaspoons of water and prepare a thick paste. Apply a thin layer of this on the inflamed painful areas.
