How to avoid bad breath?

Bad breathing is irritating to everybody. This is very simple to remove if we become a little bit aware. most of the times the bad smell produce from mouth not from stomach, so this bad breathing can be avoided by following way.

  • Brushing with cleanser - Many chemicals used for household cleaning are poisonous and should not be consumed – this is one of them.
  • Intestinal cleansing methods - Bad breath does not originate from the stomach. Actually, anaerobic bacteria in your mouth produce smelly sulfur compounds that cause bad breath.
  • Tongue piercing. Anything that allows you to harbor more bacteria on your tongue, like tongue jewelry, increases your chance of bad breath.
  • Stick with water - Coffee, beer, wine, and whiskey are at the top of the list of liquid offenders. Each leaves a residue that can attach to the plaque in your mouth and infiltrate your digestive system. Each breath you take spews traces of these back to the air. This is one of the good home remedies for bad breath.
  • Use a tongue scraper, which helps to remove dead cells, food particles and bacteria from the tongue. A tongue scaper is a special plastic instrument found in drug stores and some health food stores.
  • Eat orange: Citrus fruits and other foods high in citric acid are very good at stimulating saliva. The acid also helps suppress the activity of some odor-causing enzymes, while the lemons, oranges and grapefruit helps freshen your mouth."
  • Sandalwood - Prepare a paste of sandalwood by rubbing it with water on a clean stone slab. Squeeze half a lemon in it. Use this mixture as a mouth wash. This will freshen the breath.
  • Turn down the Heat. Bad breath results from excessive Heat in the Stomach. Consume cooling foods such as cucumber, peppermint tea, and tomatoes and avoid hot foods such as coffee, alcohol, and spicy dishes.
  • Brush your teeth after each meal that you eat so that the food caught on and between your teeth does not have time to fester feed the bacteria in tour mouth. This is one of the most effective solution for bad breath.
